Our images are printed on premium lustre photo paper because lustre strikes a balance between glossy and matte; it boosts colors, captures fine details, is lightly textured, and it looks great behind glass. Consistency in quality is paramount, therefore we always use the same print lab, which has been in business for many years, and is one of the few top rated print labs in the nation. Your image is guaranteed to be sharp, with the color just right.How long will it take to receive my print(s)? Your order usually goes into production early in the morning the following business day, and it is usually mailed out that same day. The print lab does not accept cancellations once the image is printed. Therefore, a cancellation must be initiated beforehand. Otherwise, you will receive your order as usual. Your order is sent directly from the print lab and takes 4-7 business days to arrive.Is there a way to save on shipping? Multiple prints ordered at the same time will be sent to you in one reinforced mailer, each print individually sleeved, for the shipping price of a single print.
What if the print is a gift? Rest assured that only you, the purchaser, will receive the receipt.
What if my print arrives damaged? Your print will arrive in a clear plastic sleeve inside a flat reinforced mailer to ensure that it is well protected. We have not had any orders arrive damaged. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will make it right.Which of your print sizes would work best for the image I am considering getting? Print sizes 8"x12", 10"x15", 12"x 18" work best for our narrower more elongated images, like Cory's "Morning at Maplewood", and Mindy's "Clear Creek Vireo", ...while 9"x12", 10"x13", 11"x14", 12"x16" work best for most of our vertical images, and our a little wider less elongated images, like Cory's "Bliss on the Bluffs" and Mindy's "I See you", (the fox).
